AUTOGENIC TRAINING IN ENGLISH

English language Group Psychotherapy in Budapest available!

A weekly group of free interactions will start at the end of April, 2015. The group will meet once a week for 2 hours. Working language is English – all international people are welcome. A minimum of 6, a maximum of 12 people will form the group. The fee is 6.000,- Fts (cca. 20 euros) per meeting. Venue: Rippl-Rónai utca 16, Budapest district 6 (close to HÅ‘sök tere). We will focus on self-awareness issues. The more you bring the more you take.

A weekly group of autogenic training will start at the end of April, 2015. You will learn and practice this stress management and relaxation method for 10 consecutive sessions. The group will meet once a week for 2 hours. Working language is English – all international people are welcome. A minimum of 4, a maximum of 8 people will form the group.
